 The Desktop SoftPhone is a software application that provides a graphical user interface (GUI) that looks similar to the Axxess® Executive or Eclipse²? Professional Display Phones. With the Desktop SoftPhone, you'll have control of the powerful features and functionality of your phone from a PC, to increase efficiency and expedite call handling. A 6-line by 16-character, alphanumeric display leads you through system features and capabilities—serving as a built-in user guide. Eight, menu-driven "soft keys" reduce the time required to initiate and receive calls, retrieve and leave messages and access features. The Desktop SoftPhone furthers your call-handling efficiency with up to 60 programmable DSS (Direct Station Select) buttons and useful shortcut buttons. In addition, the Desktop SoftPhone provides a call log of the last 500 calls that were placed from your station.
