Microcall Call Accounting software is compatible with Inter-Tel and other brands of telephone systems that support Scheduled Message Detail Reports (SMDR) output. Microcall offers Internet tracking with IAM (Internet Access Manager), subscription-based software that tracks employee Internet usage.
